I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which made for a comfortable night’s sleep. the location was convenient for accessing local attractions, ensuring an enjoyable stay overall.

Had really really nice stay on a business trip with pretty friendly staff and convenient location to the nearby pub over the railway line. Our room was lovely looking and family-friendly with bottled water, TV & children, a balcony, great value.

The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculate & spotless.

The bar and restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, with a fantastic selection of gins and delicious food. Breakfast was freshly cooked, adding a nice touch to my stay. the service really stood out, making it an enjoyable getaway.

great staff - we had an issue with our key card (twice!) - both staff that helped were straight onto solving the problem. check in /out was easy & swift. Room a good size, very clean with a lovely welcome note . Restaurant good. playground ideal.

some facilities were not available or had problems - splash zone was closed, driving range was closed part of our stay. the room could have benefited from an extra chair or two for somewhere for us all to sit other than the bed.

The location of this hotel was ideal.

This place suits me perfectly. It has free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant. The staff were attentive. They helped me with my room issue at night. I recommend the delicious breakfast!

I had a pleasant stay with a lovely room that was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciated the upgraded decor. Just note that the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast during my visit, so plan accordingly. A good experience!

comfortable room but noisy air conditioning

The Superior King Room had a fantastic balcony. It was peaceful enjoying my morning coffee while observing nature.

The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which impacted my sleep.

Had a great time! The spacious room was perfect for me and my family, but it did get a bit too hot at night. a nice stay! 🌟

The hotel was a lovely blend of modern charm and practical layout, perfect for enjoying a cozy afternoon, and the kids loved the splash area, made us feel just like big kids again!

More plug sockets in the room, please.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially the clean rooms and the lovely bathroom with a great shower. Unfortunately, I had to deal with some noise from the vending machine and the main entrance door. It was a good balance of comfort and convenience, and it suited my needs well during my visit to explore nearby attractions with my family.

Couldn't recommend more for a holiday

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, with all the comforts of free wi-fi and a convenient location to explore the city after enjoying my morning coffee on the lovely balcony.
